Visit the World Health Organization's website and review any article associated with program/data monitoring, assessment, or evaluation. Use the name of the article as your subject line. Avoid using articles that have already been posted.
• Provide an overview of the article and explain how it constitutes or uses monitoring, evaluation, and/or assessment.
• Discuss the challenges of effective monitoring and evaluation programs both at the international level and at the global level.
• Identify one country that does NOT participate in the WHO reporting process. What is the country, why do you think that nation doesn't participate? What are obstacles to participation in monitoring and evaluation? Why is having global data helpful, or is it?
