Problem: Agile Project Charters
You are very familiar with developing traditional project charters/statement of works. Since you will be using an Agile approach for your e-commerce website project, you know you need to have a different charter. Identify and discuss the challenges for you to move away from a waterfall-like project charter to one that is Agile-like. Be sure that your post is at least 150 words or more!
