Most companies state that their employees are their greatest asset, and companies often attribute success to having the right people in the right place. Discuss the aspects associated with human resources and the management of information technology (IT) personnel in today's workforce. How do you think a company can be proactive by using the benefits and incentives they provide when recruiting and retaining the highly-skilled IT employees required to manage and execute their IT projects?
