Instruction: Now that you have voted on some of the elements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, it is time to explain the importance of the Act.
Discuss your voting choice and research using the concepts from the book and video. Provide an argument justifying your voting choice utilizing at least two pieces of evidence or concepts from the video and/or book.
Conduct an Internet search for information on internal control and Sarbanes-Oxley. Discuss some of the advantages and disadvantages of Sarbanes-Oxley.
