Assignment:
Introduction
For this case study, I wil lexplore and break down the reading assignment for chapter tow of Cropf , et Al, "The Public Administration Casebook". This chapter provides a clarification of the activities of the Social Security Administration (SSA), the foundation of the SSA, the handicap benefits process, a clarification of the customer support network and their endless supply of advantages and a the actualities of a case including a veteran looking for advantages who has as of late been denied benefits.
Case study critique will be between 3 to 5 pages in length, should discuss the major facts of the case, and should tell whether or not you believe the right decision(s) was/were made and why. The format of each case study critique should be as follows:
1. Identify the important facts in the case study
2. What decision(s) were made in the case study
3. Do you believe the decisions were appropriate
4. Discuss any alternative solution(s) to the problem and support those solutions with additional research (with similar cases)
5. Conclusion
6. Bibliography
7. Make sure each section is labeled appropriately (Facts, Decision, Solution, Conclusion)
8. Citation style: APSA, APA, Chicago
9. All papers should use the following format: Times New Roman, 12 point font, 1" margins from left to right and top to bottom, double spaced, number pages, and include a title page.
