The onboarding process for new hires is very important. In some organizations it requires a one or two day, face-to-face experience, while in others it takes place mentoring programs. There are probably as many variations of on-boarding as there are companies. For this discussion question: In your main response, provide a brief overview of the onboarding process (the four steps) and for each step.
a.Discuss how technology may be integrated.
b.Identify additional training and development approaches (information from Unit 5 and Unit 6 can be integrated when describing how to create successful onboarding processes).
