Assignment task:
The Johnny Cash video, "Hurt," can be seen as a mememto mori. It is full of images that reflect on Cash's life and the fact that he is at the end of it.
As you watch the video, make a list of any images that might function as symbols of death or the shortness of life, and/or images you think represent Cash reflecting on his own life. Type these into your response with a short explanation of what you think the image represents in the context of the video. At least five images with explanations.
