Assume the role of a project manager within an organization that you work for or are familiar with. You have been tasked to develop strategies to transform the organization into an agile organization. Discuss strategies you will use to enhance the adoption of agile methodologies in your organization, including aspects of facilitation, coaching, and motivation. 250-300 words
