Question: Throughout this course, your group will create a comprehensive, three-year strategic plan for a fictitious organization. The group will first assess the organization based on the following criteria: • How change is managed and issues related to organizational politics. • The effectiveness of listening, recruiting, integrity, and teamwork and how they impact onboarding and talent management. • The impact of cultural differences in the organization and how they are celebrated or could be celebrated. • The connection between global leadership, teamwork, and collaboration. • The alignment between human resources, social responsibility, and entrepreneurship.
