In the lecture, you engaged in a simulation of a toddler classroom and may have done some observations on your own in the real world of ECE. In your initial post, address the following:
1) Discuss some best practices that you observed in the simulation and/or your real-world observation.
2) Did you observe record keeping, ethics in ECE, exceptional children, and/or standard compliance (or non-compliance)?
3) Explain how you employ these best practices in your own future teaching.
