Discussion Post: Vulnerable Population
Select and describe the characteristics of one vulnerable population from this week's readings including why this population is considered vulnerable. Discuss selected health practices and beliefs of the chosen population and the types of communication you would use with this population in an advanced nursing role.
Vulnerable population are:
1) Maternal, Infant and Child Health;
2) Mental Health and Mental Health Disorders;
3) Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and
4) Transgender Health;
5) HIV.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
