Assignment task: Deposit Growth
Execute and support segmentation strategy in collaboration with business partners
Wealth (Quality partners referrals to the FC's and Private Client Bankers (if applicable))
Business Banking (BC colleagues' will prospect for New HH's and look for cross-sell opportunities for existing HH's for deposits, lending and cash management opportunities, like merchant services, payroll, cash management, retirement planning, etc., in partnership with the Business Banking team)
Consumer Lending ( BC Colleagues will use the Service to Sales model to identify lending needs and collaborate effectively with FSC partners and LO's for quality referrals and experience for the clients)
Colleagues will effectively use resources and leverage existing products to conduct quality client conversations to help them with their financial needs
Fee Income
Controllable Expense Management
Conduct Quality and Quantity of calls, appointments, and Customer Needs Review and Needs Assessments
