Sampling Plan
The fourth and final part of the research plan consists of selecting a sample of people to interview or the parts of the program to observe. In research for program evaluation, it is usually not practical or feasible to research the entire population and so researchers study a sample of the population. So, you should select a sampling method that you will use to select your participants. Specifically, you need to select a probability (simple, systematic, stratified, or cluster) or non-probability (convenience, purposive, quota, or snowball) sampling method. After selecting your sampling method, you should identify your sampling procedures. Here, discuss your sampling procedures that you plan to use in the program that you plan to evaluate during this course.
