Describe these two dimensions: formalization and specialization (2). Describe a simple organizational structure and explain the formalizations and specialization dimensions within this simple organizational structure.
Problem 4) You discovered you personal conflict management style as a class activity. Name your style and describe one characteristic of the style that best reflects YOU (1). Referring to your work experience discuss two situations where your style may be appropriate (2) and explain why your style is appropriate for these situations (2).
