1. Discuss the pros and cons of completing a stakeholder analysis. In your discussion, explain why stakeholder analysis is an important step in the action research process and what could happen if this step is eliminated or completed insufficiently.
2. Imagine you have completed a stakeholder analysis and you identify a high power, high interest stakeholder with strong objections to change, even though the stakeholder agrees that the identified problem exists and should be addressed. Discuss how you would navigate this situation. Identify potential ethical issues that could arise and how you could address them.
