Discuss process of breaking down outcomes into action steps.

Assignment task:

Chunking or decomposing is the process of breaking down outcomes into action steps. Why is it important? Can the process be taken too far? Why or why not?

Response:  According to pubmed, chunking has been proven to decrease the load on the working memory in many ways.  Managing chunks will create a sense of accomplishment each time a team member completes a task.  It's a progress that can be a powerful tool and it stimulates team members to continue working towards their goals with a positive mindset.  Decomposing breaks down complex task into smaller components.  This makes it easier to understand the overall project.  To add, it clarifies the project's scope and structure which will ensure that everyone involved understands the tasks required to complete the project.  The process of chunking or decomposing can't be taken to far because the process has advantages than disadvantages but technically there is nothing to prevent us from further decomposing a project into sub work.

Does the response answer the question if so how if it doesn't how can it be made better
