Develop a HIT Strategic Plan for your own company. Address the following components:
I. Provide a statement of corporate/ institutional goals and objectives;
II. Provide a statement of HIT goals and objectives;
III. Discuss priorities for the applications portfolio;
IV. Include the specifications of overall HIT architecture and infrastructure;
V. Include a software development plan;
VI. Include a HIT management and staffing plan; and
VII. Include a statement of resource requirements.
