In respect of Case- Mabel's Labels, Birbrager and Konrad (2015), describe the in-office phenomenon of drive-bys where an employee stops "by a co-worker's workstation to chat or ask a question" as a potential risk to productivity of working in the office. The company tried to ban these occurrences entirely, but this was met with limited success.
