Workplace bullying is repeated, unreasonable behavior directed at an employee or group of employees that creates a risk to health and safety.
A, B, & C are employees at a local restaurant/bar and were required to perform tasks such as, sandwich preparation, general food preparation, cleaning, and delivery of orders to customers. They were repeatedly subjected to verbal, physical and emotional abuse by their employer over a period of a year. The abuse included being called derogatory names by their boss using foul and abusive language, having food thrown at them, having carts pushed into the backs of their legs, and being described as 'useless' and 'a waste of money' by their boss
