Problem: My inquiry relates to the organizations' policies on diversity and inclusion. As part of their women's empowerment initiatives, organizations aim to increase the percentage of women in leadership roles; as a result, female employees are more favored candidates for promotions, leaving male colleagues feeling unwanted. Male employees are dissatisfied and disengaged as a result. How can organizations handle this problem so that male employees don't feel excluded and organizations also meet their diverse inclusion goals?
