The assignment is whether or not organizational behavior is a science. Robbins and Judge point out that organizational behavior should be based on systemic knowledge, developed through rigorous study. However, does this jive with your experience as a worker and supervisor?
Consider the role of causation and correlation and answer whether organizational behavior is a science or an art? Using the findings of the types of communication and directions of communication.
