Opportunities for nurses are essentially unlimited. Upon obtaining BSN status, most nurses are unsure of what the future holds for them. This practicum assignment attempts to stimulate awareness of the various career advancements and responsibilities available for BSN-prepared nurses within the healthcare arena. Instructions: Research and describe the role of the BSN Nurse. Select a BSN Nurse of choice to interview. Select 8-10 questions to ask during the interview. Select from the sample interview questions below or research and select questions you create. Identify whether your research of the BSN's role was congruent with the role of the BSN nurse you interviewed. Submit your 1-2 page paper: Include your research narrative, nurse name, credentials, role, place of employment, phone number, address of employment, interview question responses, and cover, and reference page.
