Assignment:
1) Discuss one constitutional amendment (Ex: 2nd Amendment)
2) Cite 3 case law examples in which the Supreme Court addresses your amendment (Ex: District of Columbia vs. Heller)
3) Provide a brief summary of each one of your three selected cases and discuss the court's interpretation of your selected amendment. Please note, we did this in class for the Heller case.
4) Cite three sources utilized for your research and include a works cited page. (Ex: the Constitution would be one source)
5) Format - 1-inch margin, 12 pt. font, Times New Roman
6) The research paper will be a 5-page paper with a minimum of 1250 words. (Please note, the sources cited page is page #6)
