Problem: Matty is a 25-year-old man with muscular dystrophy. He is deaf in his left ear and partially in his right ear since birth, he also has epilepsy, which is controlled with medications. He currently lives at a Youngcare Facility in Sydney. He has been living at this facility for the past 2 years. Prior to that, he lived with his parents John and Maureen Henderson. He is their only child. He is very close with his parents who visit him at least 5 days a week. Sarah Cuttle is Matty's primary carer at the facility. She is 25 years old.
