Peer pressure is one of the key elements in the curriculum, and your school has had several incidents where learners have undertaken risky activities because of peer pressure. You have decided that as part of teaching this important element, you will arrange a morning dedicated to peer pressure and that you will involve the Grade 6's in planning and preparing for the day as part of assessment activities.

a) Which internal and external networks would you include in planning for the day? In your answer distinguish between which tasks can be allocated to the different networks.

b) Discuss the issue of sexual health in relation to peer pressure and how this could potentially be addressed on the day of the workshops organised by the Grade 6 learners.

c) The Grade 6 learners have decided that one of the activities in the morning would involve traditional and indigenous games. Discuss traditional and indigenous games and provide examples of how these can be used in relation to peer pressure.
