Some employers hire personnel at the lowest levels of the company's work hierarchy, train them and develop long -term labor relations with them.
Other companies usually rotate the staff aggressively, especially at the lowest hierarchical levels.
What kind of characteristics of a company do you think that determine which of these two (2) strategies will follow and why?
