Discussion Assignment Instructions:
Discussions are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to create a thread in response to the provided prompt for each discussion. The student will post one thread of at least 600 words. For each thread, the student must support his/her assertions with at least 3 scholarly citations in APA format. Any Sources Cited Must Have Been Published Within The Last Five Years. In addition, the student must integrate a minimum of 2 citations of scriptural support as well as the course textbook in each post/reply.

Past changes to HR have made a difference, but it is now critical for HR to focus on a business impact-based approach that is centered around being more commercially focused, more data- and evidence-based, and more analytical in its approach.
