Most people want to be at the core of decision making, power, and influence. However, the more we feel we are not a part of the key group (the more "out" we feel) the more we withdraw, work by thier self, daydream, and engage in self-defeating behaviors. Using the current research literature, discuss how you would work with a nurse who is very angry and upset with the behavior of the Unit Manager or another nurse on the unit.
