Discussion: Trend Analysis
Using your textbook and recent publications, develop a report on the current and upcoming trends in the restaurant industry. Your report should include news information about food, marketing, nutrition, equipment, technology, new services, and new methods for training employees. Discuss how you feel these new trends will improve the state of the restaurant industry.
