Discussion Post: Diagnosing Performance Problems
List one performance issue/problem you have noticed at your workplace (it can be your own performance issue or your peers', subordinates', or supervisors'). Discuss how would you go about diagnosing the reasons for that performance problem. Then list the factors to consider in diagnosing the problem.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
