Scenario: Musculoskeletal System
Mr. Jones is a 65-year-old African-American male who comes to the Emergency Room with complaints of joint pain in both knees. He states the pain usually starts in the early morning at sunrise. He takes Tylenol as needed but does not get any relief. Upon assessment, you notice two fingers are deformed with minimal range of motion.
