Problem: Jasmine Jepson is a 26-year old Gravida 1 Para 0 who presents at 22 4/7 days with fetal demise who delivered a non viable fetus yesterday, along with the placenta. She is taken to the OR today due to heavy vaginal bleeding. Upon examination retained placental fragments were encountered and removed vaginally with a banjo curettage.
