4. Strategies that have been used and the associated outcomes
5. Factors that were changed in the environment to help to reduce the behaviour
6. The short-term and long-term goals to support appropriate behaviour
7. Document an individualised plan based on the above information and that includes strategies, who to report to, and review date.
8. Discuss how you could observe children and what strategies you could use to support positive interactions and behaviour.
9. Any cultural practices (including details) reflected in the plans e.g., culture, family culture, values, etc.
10. How the plan was explained to the child
11. How other educators were informed about the plan's rationale, limits, and strategies
12. How you and other educators worked together to maintain consistency of the plan
13. How would the child's behaviours and these plans be reviewed then improved upon? Discuss how you could consult with colleagues, family members and others to modify if necessary
