4 resources you would use to accomplish the action.

OSHA requires that the health and safety of the employees in any company are safeguarded. OSHA ensures that the company respects the rights and responsibilities of the employees and ensure that the employee feels safe and comfortable in the workplace. Having received the document concerning the penalties and citations that were made on the Acme widget factory it is important that I look on the way forward to deal with the citations and the penalties that were made on the company (Grant & Hinze, 2014). The company can also collaborate with the workers that were found in some of the violations to appear before OSHA and s the responsibility of their mistake and hence reduce the various charges that were made to the company.

Therefore, it is important that the company gets in touch with OSHA to be able to negotiate on some terms. The company can also contact lawyers that will help in time of making an appeal about the penalties that they feel was unfair. The company should also get in touch ministry of labour so that they might discuss some of the things that they should pay for and also get informed about their rights as the employers.
