Problem 1: Identify one tool used by positive psychologists, such as "The Signature Strengths Action Plan" (Houston, 2019) that you believe would be useful in your personal, professional, or academic life. Provide a brief description of the tool and explain why you believe it could be helpful.
Problem 2: In this course, you've explored elements of developmental and personality psychology (Week Two), educational and cognitive psychology (Weeks Three through Five), and behavioral and industrial / organizational psychology (Week Six). In light of all these perspectives, how important do you think positive psychology is to the workplace? Your response should be your opinion but explain your reasoning using facts from the provided or suggested materials. You may choose to "order" the various psychological perspectives from most to least important to the workplace, or use some other strategy to explain how important, if at all, you believe positive psychology is to professionals.
