Combating cybercrime is a complex process that requires investigations that focuses on the use of technology and the internet.
In our class discussion this week, answer the following questions:
1. Discuss the roles and responsibilities of both federal and local law enforcement in combating cybercrime and computer crime.
2. What are some of the biggest challenges that investigators experience in cybercrime and what is the search warrant process for electronic evidence during cybercrime investigations?
3. What are some of the most significant legal standards associated with these types of investigations?
