Approximately 1/2 way through the first page of the article the author states, "It signifies the rise of the consume to the role of interlocutor." and then goes on to mention, "The currency of this reciprocal nature is "data" - flows of information between the brand and the user which aim not to exploit, but to strengthen their relationship and deliver mutual benefits to both parties."
1) Please provide an example from your own life - where you as an individual consumer have shared data about yourself to a brand, and the brand has used your data, along with 1,000's, or 10s of thousands or maybe even millions of other users, to create better customer experience for you and everyone else.
2) Please discuss you perspective about - Are you concerned about the use of your data, to the help the brand create richer, value proposition for the product(s) and or service(s), you are using and or consuming from the organization?
