Discussion Post: Change Management Validity Tools
In addition to knowing how to measure the effectiveness of a needed change, you must prepare for all the reasons that a project can fail.
Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:
a) Discuss change management validity tools for a chosen organization.
b) How could you apply analytical frameworks to illustrate possible project outcomes?
Important Note: When you are talking about a validity tool, remember this tool is used to MEASURE the change success, before it is implemented or after. Models to implement change (The Lewin model, MacKinsey, Kotter, etc,) are NOT validity tools.
