Discussion question: Choose two different companies within the same industry, one small- to medium-sized and one large-sized company, that use lean principles and/or six sigma and discuss 2 or 3 challenges each company might face when either implementing lean principles, or operating under lean principles, and maintaining the high standards. This will require some online research.
