a) Be sure to reflect on possible solutions to problems that may arise.
2) Consider the use of new technologies; focus of content with the audience; multiple delivery methods; sharing intellectual capital; just-in-time learning; emphasis on performance; big data; focus on stakeholders; training partnerships; outsourcing, etc.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
