Directions: Address each of the following elements and questions briefly.

What is the key issue(s) in this case? Write down all the facts you can find about the context of the case.
Who are the persons involved in this case. Identify and describe each? Are there any persons impacted by this case who are not explicitly mentioned in the case? If so, identify them.
What is the context of the problem?
What sequence of events that led up to this dilemma or situation?
What values do the key characters appear to have in the case? How do the values of the characters in the case determine how they will react?
