Discuss aspects of individual and organizational psychology

Problem 1) The study of leadership emphasizes the positive aspects of individual and organizational psychology; however, in practice the world has seen (and will likely continue to see) many destructive leaders who conduct themselves in abusive or unethical ways. In your opinion, who is the most destructive leader in the last 25 years? Explain your response.

2) Examples of destructive leader behaviours include uncontrolled outbursts, inappropriate blaming, and public ridicule. Research suggests abusive supervision can lead to lower morale, poorer psychological health, and higher counterproductive workplace behaviours (e.g., theft, loafing, undermining) by employees. Despite this growing evidence to the contrary, consistent with a 'no-pain-no-gain' mentality, there appears to be a pervasive lay belief that abusive leader behaviour can actually make employees more productive. The late Steve Jobs is often touted as an example of a leader who was both abusive and visionary. What are your thoughts on this juxtaposition of leader behaviour? Is it possible to be both abusive and inspiring?

Kindly provide thorough answer.
