Problem
Assume David engages in conduct that results in John's death.
A) In a written response describe and discuss all of the different types of homicide charges that might arise from this death.
B) For the purpose of determining which charges to file against David assume the following separate factual situations and then list what charge should be filed: (a) John's death resulted from David running a red light that he should have seen, but did not; (b) John's death resulted from David accidentally running over John with his car while David was attempting to get away from a robbery he had just committed; and (c) David and John were rival drug dealers and David planed and then killed John to get rid of his competition.
