Problem 1: Discuss accurately the stages of group formation (forming, storming, norming, and performing) and identify specific group-building and maintenance roles that must be established for groups to accomplish work. Discuss the difference between intrapersonal and interpersonal conflict as well as the stages of conflict. Describe the functional and dysfunctional results of various methods of conflict resolution and select appropriate conflict resolution strategies to solve various conflict situations. Explain and utilize examples.
Problem 2: Describe manifestations of workplace violence, incivility, bullying, and mobbing, identify strategies that might be used to immediately confront and intervene when workplace violence exists and why zero tolerance must be an organizational expectation for workplace violence.
