I am appealing for my grand daughter to go into grammar school, the appeal is on Thursday of this week. The reason is non qualification with mitagating circumstances. The final date for submission of anything relevant was Friday 1 April 2011. I rang yesterday to try and submit her school report which is fanatstic and they said no, which in turn means we cannot discuss it. I am planning on taking it anyway but are they correct in not allowing anything after the date they give? We got her school report on Thursday evening after I submitted our evidence and we did not have a chance to digest all of the new information (the school report) until the weekend. We thought her exposure to all her subjects would mean more scrutiny than other children may get but after much thought and re reading it, we felt best to submit it.
