Problem: Pneumonia/CHF Simulation Patient History: Stage 2 Brain Cancer, diagnosed 5 months ago, currently taking both chemotherapy and radiation, HTN, Hyperlipidemia, sleep apnea, COPD, GERD, osteoarthritis Social History: Lives at home with wife. 2 pack per day smoker (46 years). Father and brother died of heart disease at age 63/68. Present History: A 66-year-old male was brought to the Emergency Department from home by the paramedics complaining of "worse breathing over the past few days and inability to lie down while sleeping with a low grade fever".
