Problem: What are the premise and conclusion?
"Today in Western New York, more than 46,000 people suffer from Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. Without a research breakthrough or the development of new treatments in the next few years, 14 million baby boomers nationwide will be victims of the disease, and the cost of their care alone will bankrupt both Medicaid and Medicare. We urge voters to call their senators and representatives to ask them to commit more funding for Alzheimer's research." [Letter to the editor, Buffalo News]
