The Evaluation
Kaleena did a great job with her power point presentation was very permitting and had several valuable optimistic ideas. I don't have any negative input. I like what she stated about effective communication. Effective communication is an essential tool for management and leadership. Stating it helps to create togetherness and also facilitates the company achievements.
The one thing that I may have some issues with is her hiring retention. I think when you hire someone you look for qualifications and experiences are a very important factor.
I have learned about comfortable and supportive workplace, designing a flexible work schedule which will not only confine the staff to office work but create free time for personal growth I think is great.
I had one question when hiring you stated special experiences Leaders require some specials experience and skills to promote hiring process.
