Question: This has been one of my favorite classes that I have taken at Southern New Hampshire. It has been perfect timing for this course with my company going through organizational change currently. I see the pitfalls that my company has that may limit the success of the growth; mainly our communication system needs a major overhaul. As well as creating trustworthy leaders, capable companions and the culture that is accountable. It was interesting to reflect on my own strengths and weaknesses during this crucial time at work. Recognizing that I was being part of the problem instead of the solution when it came to getting things done even though I'm not in charge. Now that I can see the bigger picture of what change management is in all of the details that go with that; my plans for improvement are to not get lost in the system and go with the flow.
