1. Discuss a time that you worked with a group in your current or a past job to solve a problem. Reflecting back, was your group successful? If not, what could have been done differently? Refer to this week's articles on the overview page when addressing this question. For example, could this have been an issue with group dynamics, groupthink, and/or unsuccessful brainstorming? Overall, what went wrong?
2. Thinking about the workplace, are two or more heads always better than one when making a decision and/or solving a problem? Why or why not? Do you find it best to make a decision on your own or do you prefer to involve other people? Why? In your explanation, relate this to your work-related experience.
